Israeli Salad made with quinoa instead of cous-cous keeping it Gluten Free. Tomatoes, cucumbers, green peppers, spring onions, parsley
Mediterranean Mix
Hummus, baba, Vegan cucumber yogurt, grape leaves, salad, falafel, marinated olives artichoke and pepperoncini (recipes from living in Israel and Greece!)
Dessert
Walnut stuffed figs, poached in wine til plump and delicious.
(if you're allergic to nuts let me know, I'll stuff your figs separately ;)

I suggest Pinot gris or noir, or a Mythos beer!
