First off let me brag about last weeks dinner!

This was a to go order of the Chopped BFS with roasted egg and herbed champagne vinaigrette.

Bone Broth
Organic bones simmered for a week

BFS Salad
A great Big F*cking Salad! I'm going to get a load of beautiful organic mixed greens. If you want I'll add sesame seeds, tomatoes, cukes, celery. I'll have Raw Blue Cheese dressing or an herbed vinaigrette Small or Large

Spicy Black Bean Sliders
Whole Grain Slider rolls (not gluten free) or Gluten Free flat bread!

Dessert
Organic Vegan Apricot Coconut Ice Cream
Organic GF Strawberry Rhubarb Bread Pudding

A great Big F*cking Salad! I'm going to pick out some colorful veggies to top this with. Bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, red onion just to start! Small or Large

Add Egg Cheese
Top your salad with hard boiled Pastured Free Range eggs and or Cheese!

Organic GF Chocolate Banana Bread

*This summer I'll be featuring BFS. In the kitchens of restaurants there is a way to tell people that you are walking behind them or around and that you have a Big F*cking Knife. You say BFK WALKING or BFK BEHIND people know that if they don't want to get stabbed to stay put.

While at my parents I was joking about how we had made a BFS Big F*cking Salad. Well my boyfriend and I agreed. A new summer feature for Clean Dinners must be born!

Any menu with BFS attached will be a great big salad of some kind. That doesn't mean it has lettuce tho. In fact this very first one doesn't! Read on...

Bone Broth
Organic bones simmered for a week $9

Organic Mixed Greens Salad
Tossed with a Citrus Vinaigrette $7

Caribbean Rice Salad
Brown Rice sauteed in annatto oil, tossed with sweet potatoes, garlic, chiles, lime, orange, ginger, tomatoes, colorful bell peppers, scallions, black beans + spices! $7 Sm $13 Lg

Mango Lime Fish
Fillet of white fish marinated in mango and lime juice. Add to your salad! MP (sorry I'm still in florida and I don't know what the prices are out there!)

Dessert
