A bed of shredded carrots topped with my citrus champagne vinegar dressed arugula, roasted pumpkin seeds and pomegranate seeds.
2nd Course
Farro Mushroom Barley Soup
Home made everything cause that’s what we do. Garnished with roasted and chilled cherry tomatoes, assorted mushrooms, and mustard sprouts
Dessert
Cookies made with Rye Oats, pumpkin, honey, and flax seed. Served with my apple sauce, of course sweetened with honey and maple syrup and blackstrap molasses. Never sugar!
This weeks dinner is $33, the cost includes a juice course however booze is not included. BYOB.
