Amuse Bouche:
Ceviche. Technically Raw! A little spicy a little sweet a little savory. If you’d like a vegan ceviche please email me with your reservation request and I will happily make one for you!
Salad:
Greens, butter lettuce, jicama, red peppers, and lime vinaigrette. (If I can find non-GMO corn I’ll add that as well)
Entree:
Burritos! Yep, burritos. Made with WHITE beans and BLACK rice. Shredded lettuce and red cabbage. Wrapped in a collard green! Served with avocado, spicy roasted tomatillo salsa, and sweet roasted red pepper salsa.
Dessert:
Raw Vegan Chili Chocolate Truffles. Yep you read that right. You’re welcome. (raw cacao, B-Maple syrup, coconut oil)
This weeks menu is $38.00 a seat - cash preferred. Booze is not included. B.Y.O.B
Chef suggests a Pinot Noir or a nice cold beer!
This week is completely vegan (except the ceviche with contains shellfish). It is dairy, soy, nut, and gluten free.
