Well that and chicken soup but I'll save that story for another time.
When I realized gluten and processed foods were to blame for my illness and inbalences I was crushed. How was I going to make spaghetti?! I made the sauce and tried it on gluten free pasta and it was good, but it still left me feeling bloated after, gluten free pasta has come a long way since then, but before it got better I discovered Enoki Mushrooms. There is no competition to me.
Mushrooms are a powerhouse.

Greens - duh, we know this one for sure. Dark leafy greens rule!
Onions - and the whole family which includes GARLIC! Love me that stuff!
Mushrooms - there are so many studies on these guys, eat your mushrooms!
Berries - oh buddy, those antioxidants are super important!
Seeds/Sea Veggies - At my Health Coaching school IIN, I learned this acronym as sea vegetables, now I see seeds are on most lists as well. So why not do both?
Suffice to say when I discovered Enoki Mushrooms I made sauce and it was a match made in heaven. Whenever I have a spaghetti craving this is my jam!
